Verifi® Pulse
Verifi® Pulse is the brain of the Verifi system – measuring slump and transmitting location data to the Verifi platform in real-time.
Advanced tech for realtime data
The Verifi Pulse measurement package consists of hydraulic pressure sensors, GPS, and Wifi housed in a compact, easy-to-install unit, plus a separate temperature and drum speed sensor that mounts to the drum. Together, these components help ensure each load reaches the jobsite within the designated performance specifications and ready to pour.
Verifi Pulse provides the following information to the Verifi platform in real-time:
- Slump consistency
- Temperature
- Truck location with timestamps
- Drum speed and revolutions
- Drum buildup
- Manual water additions
